Muscle building tips ?? i want to be big !?

im 14 and am 6ft tall and have quite a big build but no defanition and muscle shape. i want to build up from my size to a big, strong build (like a boxer) i know to eat plenty of protien and carbs but what else can i do. help me !! also tell me what to do %26 how long a day to work out considering that im at school. lol

im also 15 , and i box . i dont got a very big body but my bro does and i kno how . ofcourse eat salad , fruits , if u got anyfat on u burn it off by running . if u got money i recomend by a boxing stand do da speed bag and heavy bag daily fro 30 mins or more or go 2 ur local boxing gym . try holding a chair in rite in front of ur face with ur arm fully out dat well give u big shoulders . do alot of push ups pull ups and ull get bigger trust me

You're far too young at the minute, but to be blunt, steriods, anyone who's big supplements with anabolics.

I'm completly anti recreational drugs, but the fact of the matter is over a year it's a difference of 4 -5 stone with steriods or less that 1 stone training naturally. Also, it's practically impossible to reduce your bodyfat to a level that really shows definition without steriods.
NEVER EVER USE STEROIDS!!!!!!!!... I do that with as many explanation marks as possible, because they are bad for you in so many different ways, for a start they are a drug. I have heard that protein shakes are good for building muscle as long as you work it off, so try those and plenty of exercise. It can cause the following problems (using steroids):

Seeing that you want to tone your body and have definition, I suggest weight-lifting. Do 3 sets of 11-15 reps in various exercises. You know, like dead lifting, squatting, bench pressing, etc. This will help you to define your muscles. Make sure your lifting to your max as well. Don't do a light weight 15 reps and expect to get results. Do a weight that you can lift only 15 times at most. Eat a lot, too. I don't mean like throwing down a bunch of saturated fats in cookies and crap like that. Eat about 3500 calories a day, and make sure over half of those calories come from carbs. Carbohydrates are your main energy source, so eat a carb-packed meal about an hour or so before you work out, too. Also keep in mind the importance of water.
Frankly, you're a bit young to try and get really big, but you can certainly train for shape and definition. Do some free weight exercises, 12 to 15 reps minimum. At your age you should do compound exercises rather than the isolation ones.

You can start by getting a simple set of dumbells, nothing fancy - get the ones that come with an exercise chart. If you stick at it and do it right, you'll see a difference by the third week.

Lastly, it's worth repeating - don't try to get big till you're a bit older. You'e probably still growing!
